The Corporate Accounts Receivable Services (CARS) Business Analyst is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CARS Team in reporting, innovations, migrations, and systems. The Business Analyst will develop an understanding of all systems and processes that the CARS Team utilizes, with a focus on metric reporting and system administration. Will work closely with department managers, IT Teams, and business partners helping to bridge the gaps on enhancements and migrations.
The Business Analyst brings expertise in reporting, innovations, migrations, and systems to the CARS Team. The role is crucial in driving accurate reporting, process improvements, and successful project management.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot any system or process related issues
- Update and create monthly metric reports (Daily Cash, Forecast, DSO)
- Provide ongoing support for CARS Team collection tool GETPAID
- Ability to lead a project from inception to deployment
- Document current and future business processes
- Drive for improving and standardizing each process
- Support short- and long-term business initiatives
- Communicate and train on initiatives to both internal and external business partners
- Develop, recommend, and implement business solutions through research, analysis of data, and business processes
- Translate requirements into functional requirements for development teams
- Provide support during the Design, Development, Testing, & Production phases of a project
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements
- Attend scrum meetings, standups, retrospectives, and demos as needed to collaborate with system development partners
- Communicate and train on all new business processes

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Reporting, Business Analysis and or Accounts Receivable
- Experience problem solving and resolution
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, time and project management, problem solving, organization, and analysis skills
- Primary residence within a commutable distance to Eden Prairie, MN
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in financial reporting and forecasting
- Experience in large scale ERP environment
- Experience working in a global organization
- Experience in waterfall, agile, or hybrid environments
- Experience Developing Requirements
- Experience using PowerPoint and Visio
- Related experience within healthcare
- Business to business Accounts Receivable process and experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
