Monarch NC is a trusted provider of high-quality, trauma-informed care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Residential team in Albemarle, NC.

Work Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday-Friday (4pm-8pm) and Saturday-Sunday (3pm-8pm)
• Week 2: Monday-Friday (4pm-8pm)
   

What You’ll Do

As a CNA, you will play an essential role in supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and dressing.
• Supporting meal preparation, feeding, and monitoring intake/output.
• Helping with household tasks like laundry, shopping, housekeeping, and lawn care.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety of vehicles and shared spaces.
• Working closely with nursing staff to uphold health care standards and state guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• North Carolina CNA certification required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, or substance use disorders.
