Job Description

We are currently seeking an Intern for our Marketing & Sales Operations. This internship will report directly to the Director of Marketing and will provide hands-on training and experience in HubSpot marketing and sales tools, among other platforms. It will also include hands-on experience in appointment setting for inbound leads. At the end of the semester the intern will have a good understanding of the end-to-end B2B marketing and sales funnel.

This is a paid, part-time position of 15 - 20 hours per week for the spring 2025 semester. This is a hybrid situation with some on-site work at our downtown Atlanta corporate office.

Responsibilities

  • Calling and emailing warm and cold leads to set appointments for our Business Development team

  • Keep accurate reporting of outreach activities and outcomes

  • Maintain accuracy of marketing and sales databases

  • Assist with reporting dashboards in HubSpot

  • Support the marketing and sales teams with other tasks as assigned

    Requirements

  • Full-time undergraduate student pursuing a business-related degree

  • Completion of at least 60 college hours

  • Excellent writing and public speaking skills

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with potential customers

  • Eagerness to learn and meet challenges
