Make a Lasting Impact: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Child Crisis Services

Monarch NC is seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Child Crisis Team in Charlotte, NC. We provide trauma-informed, high-quality care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our Child Crisis Team, you will:

• Provide direct and indirect care under RN supervision for children and adolescents in crisis
• Conduct clinical intakes and coordinate referrals to ensure continuity of care
• Support injection clinic and outpatient services
• Triage individuals presenting with urgent medical or psychiatric needs
• Help stabilize and support youth and families during critical moments

Who We’re Looking For

To qualify, candidates must:

• Hold a current North Carolina LPN license
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Possess at least 1 year of experience working with children or adolescents with mental health and/or substance use disorders
• Experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or crisis settings is highly valued.
