Job Description
- Serve as the main point of contact for parent/guardian inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Draft and distribute newsletters, announcements, and updates to families and staff.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications, promoting the camp’s values and mission.
- Monitor and manage camp social media accounts, capturing highlights and engaging the camp community.
Operational Support:
- Assist with daily attendance tracking.
- Support scheduling and coordination of camp activities as needed.
- Promote the safety of campers throughout the day, including safe transportation, potentially utilizing a 15-passenger van for designated locations as an emergency chaperone.
Customer Service:
- Address parent and staff concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues as needed to the Associate Directors or Camp Director. (behavioral, safety, illness, emergencies)
- Provide information about camp programs, schedules, and policies to families.
- Establish and maintain communication with on-campus and off-campus partners and vendors for camp field trips, space requirements, and special activities.
- Collaborate with the enrollment management team to support customers with account support.
