Work Schedule:

• Friday (12:00am - 8:00am) Saturday (10:00pm - 8:00am)

What You’ll Do

As a Behavioral Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping people reach their personal goals and participate fully in their community. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting individuals in daily living activities such as housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, shopping, and lawn care.
• Assisting with transportation and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
• Providing emotional, physical, and social support tailored to each person’s needs.
• Encouraging independence and informed decision-making about where they live, learn, work, and play.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least 1 year working with children or adults with a mental health diagnosis, intellectual/developmental disability, or substance use disorder.
