NC Design Solutions, Inc. is a Civil Engineering firm founded on the premise of well thought out solutions for infrastructure challenges in and around Charlotte and surrounding communities. Since 2016, NC Design Solutions has provided our clients with Civil Engineering designs including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water distribution, erosion and sediment control, water quality and all other types of civil engineering services necessary to accomplish their land development goals.

NC Design Solutions, Inc is looking for a full time civil designer with experience in drafting and design of civil related projects. The ideal candidate shall have experience in site development, grading, storm water, and utility design. The candidate shall be capable of working in an environment with little or no supervision.

Qualifications/Experience

·       Knowledgeable of local, state, and federal regulations;

·       Experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D is a must, experience with MicroStation, Survey

CAD, GIS, or similar programs is a plus;

·       Primary responsibilities will include design and drafting of civil engineering land

development projects;

·       Experience with storm drainage design is a plus;

·       Experience with erosion and sedimentation control, storm water regulations, and

NPDES permitting;

·       0 to 5 Years’ Experience;

·       Experience with resident observation and/or construction inspection is a plus.
