Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in substance use treatment, detox protocols, or medication-assisted treatment (MAT)? Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals facing behavioral health crises?
At Monarch NC, we provide trauma-informed, person-centered care to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders. We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our Crisis Team in Lumberton, NC.
Work Schedule:
- Week 1: Monday, Friday, & Saturday (7:00pm–7:00am)
- Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, & Sunday (7:00pm–7:00am)
What You’ll Do
As an LPN on our Crisis Team, you will:
- Provide direct and indirect nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Support individuals in crisis through clinical intakes, triage, and stabilization
- Administer medications, including those used in MAT and detox protocols
- Coordinate care with referral sources and ensure continuity of services
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatment and interventions
- Assist with scheduling and follow-up for outpatient and injection clinic services
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active LPN license in North Carolina
- 1+ year of experience working with adults with mental health or substance use disorders
- 1+ year of experience in MAT and detox services
- Strong clinical judgment and a calm, compassionate approach
- Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care
