A client of Insight Global is looking to add a payroll analyst to their team. This person will manage payroll processing for employees in Uruguay (45), Mexico (50), and Chile (6). The role involves handling payroll for these countries, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments, deductions, and benefits. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex payroll systems and regulations.

Skills and Requirements

Uruguay payroll & legislative experience (2-4 years)

  • Strong understanding of Uruguayan labor laws (e.g., BPS, DGI, MTSS, Banco de Seguros del Estado regulations).

-Experience handling salary structures, deductions, and benefits (social security, health insurance, Aguinaldo, IRPF, etc.).

-Familiarity with local payroll cycles (e.g., biweekly/monthly payments).

-Understanding of termination processes and severance calculations.

Speaks/writes both English and Spanish

Able to work effectively individually and in a team atmosphere

Able to multi-task is a fast-paced environment

Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup) Experience using ADP Streamline

Experience using Workday (HRIS system)

Mexico payroll experience

Chile payroll experience null
