Consumer Insights Co-op – Spring 2026 

Locations: Chicago, Quincy, Scarborough, Salisbury, Carlisle

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and be available from January 20, 2026 through June 5, 2026. Department/Position Description:  

The Central Operations team with Consumer & Decision Sciences team focuses on Consumer Insights programs that leverage size and scale across brands. The focus is on primary research tracking studies and includes primary research ad-hoc projects, secondary research, vendor management, and IT engagement.  The Co-Op will focus their time on the CX post-transaction study reporting, analytics, and roadmap management. Specifically, identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting and analytics. 

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Working towards a degree in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields 
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills 
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data sets, uncover trends and learnings 
  • Experience with power-point and storytelling to translate findings into actionable recommendations 
  • Must be organized, data-driven, and consumer focused 
  • Quantitative survey research is a plus 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectively    

 

 

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.  

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $31.00  

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $34.20
