Our Crisis & Urgent Care Services team delivers timely, compassionate support to people of all ages facing acute behavioral health needs.

Your Role:

As a Nurse Manager, you will:

• Oversee clinical operations and provide strategic leadership for your unit.
• Guide and support clinical staff to meet care and program goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Identify and resolve patient flow challenges to improve service delivery.
• Contribute to staff development, program innovation, and organizational success.

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with adults, children, and/or adolescents with mental health, I/DD, or substance use diagnoses.
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use treatment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
