Job Description
- Lead your team in the development and management of facilities maintenance support programs and projects.
- Develop and manage relationships with customers and service providers.
- Analyze maintenance data and develop and manage metrics to continuously improve the maintenance effort.
- Lead the implementation of a new Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system for maintenance operations such as Maximo, IFM, Hexagon, etc.
- Serve as the subject matter expert of CMMS and EAM processes for the organization and lead a team in managing data integrity and cleanliness in that system.
- Develop and manage the Reliability Centered Maintenance program.
- Develop and manage the planned and preventive maintenance program.
- Develop and manage the Condition Based Maintenance program.
- Develop and manage a research labs maintenance program.
- Develop and manage the Project Management support program.
- Lead ad-hoc teams in general emergency response situations as assigned by the Director such as inclement weather.
- Perform the HR responsibilities of a supervisor.
- Develop training to enable the implementation of all programs under the responsibility of this position.
- Develop and manage a tool control program.
- Manage the repair parts inventory and ordering programs.
- Use Continuous Process Improvement techniques and methods.
- Develop presentations and write reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
