You will be the Items Analyst - Level 3 for the Aeronautics Sustainment Operation's Supply Operations and Logistics (SOL) team.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Items Analyst - Level 3 you will be responsible for supporting the Aeronautics Sustainment Operation's Supply Operations and Logistics (SOL) team in execution of dynamic, complex sustainment contracts for international and domestic customers.
Your responsibilities will include:

Manage items and kits lifecycle, cost, schedule and technical performance.

Perform supply analysis, demand forecasting, and configuration management.

Execute engineering design and field configuration change requests while mitigating risk.

Oversee SAP sales order management and contract-requirements compliance.

Develop forecasts, proposals, basis of estimates, and earned-value metrics for weapon-system sustainment.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN -?This position is located at a facility that requires?special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret?clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, OR equivalent experience/combined education.
-
Previous experience with supply and logistics support systems, contract negotiations, or sub-contract knowledge, and financial management gained through transactional based, CLS, or performance based supply and logistics aerospace programs.

Ability to lead and manage digital and innovation operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between program/ project management, contracts, functional and support teams

Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
Desired Skills:
Ability to perform at a high-level within a dynamic, complex, multi-priority business environment
Excellent verbal, written, and telecommuting communication skills.
Demonstrated performance in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Experience managing Turnaround, Spares or Repairs assets, specifically F-35.
Bachelors Degree or Above in a business or technical discipline or Supply Chain / Logistics.
Experience in managing costs within Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and budgetary constraints.
Understanding of U.S. Department of Defense projects and experience with both domestic and international suppliers is highly desired.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
