JOB SUMMARY: The Charlotte 49ers Broadcast team is responsible for the game day live streaming of Athletics competitions hosted on campus by 49er teams.  Team members are a valued part of this exciting and evolving environment. 

-Work “behind the scenes” in close proximity with Athletic teams and broadcast talent to provide high quality audio and video to external viewers through ESPN+. 

-Work as part of a talented technical team to live stream Charlotte 49er Athletic events events. Strong work ethic and positive attitude is a must for success.

-Assisting with the operation of major audio, video, and display systems for indoor and outdoor Athletic facilities.  Camera operations, live video switching, addition of replay highlights and audio mixing are all critical to a successful stream. 

-Expected to be completely compensated during on the job training. 

-Understanding of rules for college basketball/baseball/softball/football/soccer.

A baseline of prior technical experience around an Athletic environment is preferred.
