LPL's LEAP (LPL Early Achievement Program) is designed to nurture early career talent through a 10-week paid summer internship and full-time entry-level opportunities, aiming to cultivate the future leaders of the industry. Our University team is committed to attracting skilled individuals who will not only grow personally and professionally, but also contribute to the strategic goals of our company.

LEAP offers internships to sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduate students within the following areas of Technology:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Our internship positions are expected to begin in June with a duration until August.
• Internships are 40 hours a week for a minimum of 10 weeks. Please consider before submitting an application.

What is the summer internship schedule? 

• Full- time hybrid/in-office program for 10 weeks in the summer of 2025
• Monday through Friday during day-shift for 40 hours a week
• Semester system dates: 6/2/25 – 8/8/25 
  • Quarter system dates: 6/16/25 – 8/22/25
