The Team: The Enterprise Solutions division at S&P Global empowers a diverse spectrum of private equity and venture capital firms to manage their data and drive internal analytics and insights. As a Client Services Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team as we deliver portfolio analytics, valuations, investor reporting, and on-demand insights into specific asset operating metrics. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the FinTech space.
Internship Responsibilities and Impact:

Serve as a supportive point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, assisting in the timely resolution of issues related to our product suite.

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide support to enhance product adoption and usage.

Assist in organizing and participating in regular client meetings, including bi-weekly/monthly calls to discuss KPIs and metrics, while helping to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Help prepare and deliver scheduled reports, including billing and profitability analyses, to provide insights into client accounts.

Gather and relay constructive client feedback to Product Management regarding product enhancements and requirements.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues by identifying root causes and suggesting effective remediation steps.

Participate in product testing and documentation, providing valuable feedback to product teams.
Duration: June 2nd - August 8th
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated hourly wage for this position is 25 USD.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, expected to graduate no later than May 2026, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.

An interest in Capital Markets and financial markets is preferred.

Experience in a client-facing role or customer service is a plus.

Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of management and clientele.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster healthy dialogue and build trusted client relationships.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision and attention to detail.
