Salary: $70,000 - 80,000

Job Summary

E15 is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to manage our ticketing system, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and ensure accurate updates in our CRM tool, Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, strong familiarity with SQL, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to manage workflows, track progress, and maintain clear and concise reporting. This position is fully remote. You will report to the Project Manager.

What you'll do:

  • Manage and prioritize tickets across multiple projects, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate communication with stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.

  • Maintain and update project and customer data in Dynamics CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

  • Leverage Agile methodologies to manage workflows, sprints, and project milestones, adapting to changing priorities as needed.

  • Generate reports and provide insights from ticketing and CRM data, using SQL to query databases as necessary.

  • Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for ticket resolution.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to support project tracking and team collaboration.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on CRM best practices and ticket management protocols.

What you'll bring:

  • 1+ years of relevant work experience preferred

  • Proven experience managing ticketing systems and stakeholder communications, preferably within a technology or service-driven environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM tools.

  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying and reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field a plus

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
