We’re looking for a Team Lead to guide our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in shaping services that make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting your team to deliver respectful, person-centered care.
  • Overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staffing to ensure excellence.
  • Serving as a practicing clinician on the ACT team and coordinating services in your area.
  • Ensuring each individual receives a culturally sensitive, clinically sound assessment.
  • Building strong community relationships and referral networks to promote program success.
  • Representing Monarch at community and agency meetings.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Master’s degree in a Human Services-related field.
  • Licensure: One of the following NC licenses: LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, or LP.*
    (*Associate license holders must obtain full licensure within 30 months of hire.)
  • Experience:
    • 3+ years working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
    • 2+ years of post-graduate mental health experience.
    • Supervisory experience in mental health services preferred.
