Job Description
Are you ready to dive into the world of K–12 marketing and multichannel campaign execution? Discovery Education is looking for an energetic, creative, and passionate Corporate Education Marketing Intern to join our Corporate Education Partnerships team. Reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, this intern will play a key role in supporting various projects and contributing to the successful execution of educator facing campaigns and partner aligned marketing initiatives across K–12 channels.
What You Will Do:
- Support Key Projects: Assist with the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiphase marketing campaigns, Summer Learning initiatives, partner marketing deliverables, and educator facing communications that align with the department’s goals.
- Create Impactful Content: Draft, develop, refine, and coordinate materials such as email communications, newsletters, social media assets, campaign announcements, partner aligned collateral, and multichannel deliverables.
- Contribute to Strategy: Participate in strategic discussions and contribute ideas related to marketing, communications, workflow optimization, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Build Your Portfolio: Gain hands-on experience in project management, content development, cross functional collaboration, campaign execution, digital marketing workflows, and K–12 audience engagement. You’ll have the chance to work on real-world projects that will strengthen your professional portfolio.
- Analyze and Learn: Track data, monitor deliverables, analyze outcomes, and review results across campaign workflows—helping us refine and improve key processes or projects.
- Work with Leading Global Brands: As part of the Corporate Education Partnerships team, you’ll contribute to initiatives built with some of the most influential companies in the world—Verizon, Google, IBM, LIV Golf, Levi’s, and more. These partnerships power high‑visibility campaigns, educator resources, and national initiatives that reach millions of students and teachers. You’ll gain a front‑row seat to how enterprise‑level partners engage in K–12 education and how strategic marketing brings these programs to life.

What We Are Looking For:
- An excitement for marketing, communications, education focused media, or digital campaign execution and a desire to grow professionally.
- Whether through coursework or previous experience (1–4 years), you’re eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting.
- Ability to approach challenges with creative, solution-oriented thinking.
- Enrolled in or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Digital Media, Education, Education Policy, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.

Requirements:
- Must be willing to travel to our Charlotte Headquarters 2–3 times per week.
