We are expanding and have openings for client support specialists to join our award-winning team. Our company has a proven track record and is a leader in the North Carolina Health Insurance and Medicare Supplement markets.

This is an in-office position only.  Our office is located in the South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina. 

Requirements

• Highly Organized
• Ability to perform online and phone tasks
• Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
• Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
• Creating relationships with existing and potential clients
• Professional phone etiquette
• Highly Proficient on Microsoft programs

Responsibilities

• Service customers and applicants, build relationships, contribute to the sales process
• Willingness to learn and be coachable
• A great multi-tasker
• Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude
• Support the sales and advisory process
• Assist in the Application Process
• Follow up on ALL applications submitted with each insurance carrier
• Correspond with both clients and prospects
