Job Description
Insurance Options of the Carolinas is looking for new team members.
We are expanding and have openings for client support specialists to join our award-winning team. Our company has a proven track record and is a leader in the North Carolina Health Insurance and Medicare Supplement markets.
This is an in-office position only. Our office is located in the South Park area of Charlotte, North Carolina.
Requirements
- Highly Organized
- Ability to perform online and phone tasks
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations
- Able to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals
- Creating relationships with existing and potential clients
- Professional phone etiquette
- Highly Proficient on Microsoft programs
Responsibilities
- Service customers and applicants, build relationships, contribute to the sales process
- Willingness to learn and be coachable
- A great multi-tasker
- Maintain an enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Support the sales and advisory process
- Assist in the Application Process
- Follow up on ALL applications submitted with each insurance carrier
- Correspond with both clients and prospects
