Your Role:

As a Nurse Manager, you’ll:

• Lead clinical operations and provide strategic direction for your unit.
• Support and guide clinical staff to meet program goals.
• Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to ensure quality care.
• Analyze patient flow and implement solutions to improve service delivery.
• Champion staff development and contribute to program growth.

What You Bring:

• Associate’s degree in Nursing (required).
• Active North Carolina RN license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children, adolescents, or transition-aged youth in a crisis setting.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
