Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to healthcare professionals, building relationships and matching them with exciting opportunities in educational settings.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align candidate skills with school-based positions.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on candidate experience.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Establish trust and confidence by maintaining high credibility, integrity, and communication skills.
• Pre-screen candidates, set up interview schedules, send job offers, and track candidates in the applicant tracking system.
• Manage sales book to win new business.
• Document interactions and sales opportunities to manage relationships and pipelines.
• Manage performance against KPI targets.
• Make 80-100 outbound phone calls to candidates daily.
• Competitive pay plus commission.

This position is 100% onsite (Cornelius, NC) for the first 30 days, followed by a hybrid program.
