VOLT Apprentices support Venture Outdoor Leadership programs, including adventure trips and team building. They are coached and mentored by Student Instructors/ Facilitators and Student Leads on various aspects of Venture programs, including logistics, facilitation, and supervision/ coaching of student employees. 

They work within a leadership team to support the physical and emotional safety of participants and co-leaders. They also support experience-based lessons in their area of focus; conversations before, during, and after programs between participants and co-leaders; and give and receive feedback regularly, including to and from supervisors, peers, and participants.
