We specialize in coaching children as young as 4 years old (4-12) and focus on making soccer enjoyable and educational for young players.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Part-Time Soccer Coach to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Soccer Coach at Teamsy Soccer, you will be responsible for:

• Leading age-appropriate soccer training sessions for kids aged 4-12.

• Creating fun and interactive coaching experiences.

• Communicating effectively with both parents and players.

• Inspiring young children to develop teamwork, confidence, and a love for soccer.

• Passion for Soccer Coaching: Strong enthusiasm for coaching soccer and a keen interest in working with young children, eager to learn and develop coaching skills.

• Passion for Mentoring: A genuine enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding young players.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect with both kids and their families.

• Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal skills.

• Creativity: Ability to create engaging, educational, and interactive coaching sessions.

• Work Authorization: Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.

• You are willing to undergo a background check.

• You live in Charlotte, NC, or nearby areas.

How/Where We Meet with Students?

We conduct initial interviews with potential candidates via Zoom. As a second step in the interview process, we meet in person at the community conference room in the Whole Foods Market office, located at 7221 Waverly Walk Ave, Charlotte, NC 28277.
