As an FOH Team Member, you’ll be an ambassador for Eggroll Company, responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing excellent service. This role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including greeting guests, cashiering, food running, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll receive paid training, split between our food truck and our new restaurant, so you can become familiar with our brand and menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and assist with seating or takeout orders
• Take and process orders accurately using our POS system
• Describe our unique menu items and make recommendations to guests
• Serve food and drinks with efficiency and care, ensuring guests have a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and front counter areas
• Assist with packaging take-out and delivery orders as needed
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Address any guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to take on multiple roles as needed, such as cashier and food runner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must be available to work during restaurant hours (flexible):
• Wednesday & Thursday: 11am - 8pm
• Friday & Saturday: 11am - 9pm
• Sunday: 12pm - 4pm
