About the Program
The Management Trainee – Early Career Rotational Program is a structured, one-year development program designed for recent graduates who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing leadership.
During the program, management trainees rotate across key functional areas to gain hands-on exposure to textile manufacturing operations, plant management, and cross-functional collaboration. At the conclusion of the rotation year, participants transition into a dedicated functional role based on individual strengths, performance, and organizational needs.

- Production Operations
- Engineering / Quality Assurance / Process Improvement
- Human Resources
- Sales & Commercial Functions
- Cross-functional plant projects and special initiatives
Responsibilities
Program & Operational Exposure
- Participate in structured rotations across multiple departments to gain practical, hands-on experience
- Support daily operations, projects, and improvement initiatives within each rotation
- Learn production workflows, operating discipline, and performance metrics on the shop floor
- Observe and support people management, training, and team coordination
Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with supervisors, managers, and cross-functional teams
- Communicate observations, challenges, and improvement ideas clearly and professionally
- Prepare basic reports, summaries, and project documentation
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and continuous learning throughout the program
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in manufacturing, operations, or industrial leadership
- Willingness to work in a hands-on, on-site manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt across different functions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Language Skills
- Chinese (Mandarin) language skills are a strong plus, as the role involves communication with bilingual teams and global partners.
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site position
- Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina (Charlotte metro area)
- Manufacturing plant environment with regular time spent on the production floor
- Monday–Friday schedule; flexibility may be required based on program rotations and production needs
Program Outcome
Upon successful completion of the one-year rotational program, management trainees will transition into a full-time role within Production, Engineering, Quality, Operations, or Commercial functions, based on performance, strengths, and business needs.
