STW: Senior Design Undergrad TA

The College of Engineering seeks a Teaching Assistant for Senior Design. The TA will collaborate with faculty to create an inclusive learning environment, leveraging their perspective as an upper-class student to facilitate peer learning support. Responsibilities include supporting sessions, providing timely feedback on assignments and maintaining proactive communication via Canvas and in-person interactions to clarify course material and grading expectations. The role requires empathy, flexibility and a willingness to guide students through challenges and decision-making skills. The TA will assist in grading with accuracy, offer curriculum improvement insights and manage a structured schedule. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to relate academic experiences to inspire student success. Evening availability may be required.
