Job Description

This position develops intensive, focused, and purposeful employer relationships within the Healthcare, Science, and Research sectors, in support of internships, experiential learning opportunities, shadowing, networking, and full-time jobs for students interested in those industries. The majority of this position's time is dedicated to building and maintaining employer relationships within these assigned sectors. The Assistant Director also manages a team of students who support the broader Employer Engagement team's employer sourcing and prospecting efforts, helping identify new contacts, target companies, and alumni connections across all industry focus areas. This position may also serve as instructor of record for up to one academic course per semester, as needed.
