Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Seasonal work starting ASAP – April 17
-40 hours per week
-Greet and assist clients
-Answer multi-line phones
-Perform clerical duties including filing, photocopying, mailing, and faxing
-Assist staff with other administrative tasks as needed
-Organize client documents (training will be provided)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent time management skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize work
-Sensitivity to confidential matters and materials
-Proficiency in the use of MS Office, email, internet, and the ability to learn new software as needed
