Job Description

Conducts all business in accordance with agency policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to rental housing and supportive housing programs. While the following should be considered a comprehensive description of this position, it should also be noted that some responsibilities and duties may not be specifically addressed.
1.Responsible for assisting the Development team in achieving annual revenue goal.
2.Draft donor correspondence, including acknowledgment letters, as needed and manage the timely acknowledgment of all contributions.
3.Coordinate prospect/donor calls and maintains briefing materials associated with activities for potential major donors.
4.Ensure effective and accurate communication/gift records with the finance department and with donors.
5.Research and identify prospective foundation funders, major donors, and corporate sponsors.
6.Help with CRM management, data, and acknowledgement of donors.
7.Make presentations to potential funders and make financial asks.
8.Attend networking events in the community to develop relationships for SHC.
9.Other duties as assigned by manager or Leadership team.
