Gig: Resume Review Coordinator

The Project
Teach For America North Carolina is seeking detail-oriented, mission-driven professionals to support new teachers in their hiring process by providing high-quality resume feedback. As a Resume Reviewer, you will play a critical role in helping emerging educators showcase their skills, experiences, and passion for educational equity as they apply for teaching positions across North Carolina. -Review approximately 100 resumes from early-career educators and TFA corps members -Provide constructive written feedback focused on clarity, formatting, and alignment with education sector hiring priorities -Ensure all reviews are completed within the agreed timeline -Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling candidate materials
