Server in a Japanese Steakhouse (Full or Part Time)

So what really ARE responsibilities of a SERVER?

·        Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation per COVID guidelines.

·        Complete opening and closing side work to ensure smooth restaurant operation

·        Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products.

·        Collaborate with other restaurant staff - servers, hosts, and kitchen/bar staff to ensure highest customer satisfaction.

·        Issue bills and accept payments.

·        Assist other department as needed. Remember, team work makes a dream work!

·        Must be available 2 out of 3 weekend nights (Friday thru Sunday)

HIGH starting pay is $5 with nightly cash tips (up to $120) The better your service is, the higher your tips are. This makes your hourly wages $15 and up
