The Booth by LoveStream is a fast-growing startup disrupting the event industry by integrating technology into unique guest experiences. We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing college student to join us as an Outbound Sales Assistant. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on sales experience, develop communication skills, and learn directly from startup founders while making a real impact on our business. If you’re comfortable talking to people, building relationships, and selling in person, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

• Sell in person—visit local businesses, venues, and event organizers to pitch our photo booth rentals for upcoming events.
• Generate new leads—identify potential customers, introduce our services, and build relationships.
• Follow up on sales conversations—call, text, or email prospects to close deals and secure bookings.
• Represent our brand—engage with potential customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn and grow—gain real-world sales experience with direct mentorship from our co-founders.

Who You Are

• A college student (junior or senior preferred) looking to gain real-world sales experience.
• Confident and outgoing—comfortable approaching and speaking to business owners and event planners in person.
• Self-motivated—able to work independently and take initiative.
• Resilient and coachable—open to feedback, eager to improve, and willing to keep pushing even after hearing “no.”
• Available to work in our South End office for at least 10-15 hours per week, plus local travel.
