Internship Overview
Join our Summer Internship Program and gain hands-on experience in Manufacturing Engineering. This 10-week program offers real-world exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing processes, mentorship from industry experts, and opportunities to make a difference from day one.

Key Responsibilities
As a Summer Intern, you will:

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Assist in developing and implementing production solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Shadow engineers to gain insight into manufacturing operations.
  • Complete an intern project and present results to leadership.

Required Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated students who are ready to learn and grow. Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to work on-site for the duration of the internship.

Schedule and Time Commitment
This internship is a full-time opportunity averaging 40 hours per week. Interns are expected to work standard business hours and will have the chance to fully immerse themselves in their chosen discipline, gaining valuable real-world experience.
