We’re seeking a dedicated Residential Team Leader to guide our team and support individuals in Asheboro, North Carolina.

What You’ll Do

As a Residential Team Leader, you will:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff and individuals in residential settings.
  • Serve as the Qualified Professional (QP) for assigned individuals and programs.
  • Ensure services align with eligibility, continued stay, and discharge criteria.
  • Facilitate development and implementation of person-centered plans.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and evaluate progress.
  • Collaborate with families, providers, and community supports.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and personal growth.

 

What We’re Looking For

To qualify as a North Carolina Qualified Professional (QP), candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree (non-Human Services) + 4 years of full-time experience with the population served.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Human Services) + 2 years of full-time experience.
  • Master’s degree (Human Services) + 1 year of full-time experience.

 

Additional experience required:

  • 2+ years overseeing daily operations of residential programs.
  • 3+ years working directly with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
