Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, supplier management, and supply chain optimization. You will work closely with our Procurement team, supporting day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives

  • Support VP/SD in US and directors in Asia on

  • Procurement operations with outsourced suppliers including Foundry, OSAT, and Test house, including but not limited to

  • Strategic sourcing : price, capacity

  • Building relationships with suppliers and coordinating with related internal departments

  • Coordinate with other dept on RFI/RFQ

  • Work closely with procurement teams in Asia

  • Coordinate between US EU and Asia sales among suppliers with Asia proc team

  • Organizing QBR (Supplier performance review/Score monitoring)

  • Arrange and join meetings with suppliers

  • Support travel arrangement

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.

  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling procurement tasks and documentation.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for vendor correspondence and internal collaboration.

  • Technical Proficiency:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with procurement tools or enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Ariba) is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a timely manner.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay for this position is $28.00 an hour. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
