Position Overview
The Coordinator of Operational Excellence (Operations Analyst) will support the professional development of field leaders, focus on training, operational efficiency, initiative testing, and managing key support systems to uphold company standards and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hosting Field Leader Webinars, small group calls, and email communications to provide ongoing updates, address challenges, and maintain team engagement.
• Conduct regular reviews of shop audits and reports to ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Execute Outlier Management strategies to identify and address underperforming locations, fostering improvement plans and corrective actions. This includes ensuring shops open and close on time, are within expectations for sales performance, labor performance, and other metrics.
• Leverage communication technologies such as ChatGPT and SMS/Microsoft Teams alert systems to drive real-time engagement.

• Perform Camera Auditing to identify operational inefficiencies and ensure adherence to safety and service protocols.

• Assist with initiative testing to evaluate the impact and feasibility of new programs or processes, providing recommendations for broader rollouts.
• Operational administrative work including building PowerPoint decks, weekly reporting, and systems admin.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Above-average skills in Excel
