STW: Library Shelving Assistant

This position will assist the Collections Maintenance unit at Atkins Library. Any skills, programs, or projects outlined in the duties below will include training and no prior work experience is needed.

Primary Job Duties include:

• Sort, shelve, and shift library materials
• Perform shelf-reading to ensure library materials are organized and properly sequenced on the shelves
• Provide assistance to the Collections Maintenance Manager with other tasks and projects as needed

This position would work flexible hours between 9 AM and 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday. No evenings or weekends.

Ideal applicants should have strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
