VOLT Instructors support Venture Outdoor Leadership programs, including adventure trips and team building. They implement various aspects of Venture programs, including assisting Student Leads and professional staff with logistics, facilitation, and supervision/ coaching of student employees. 

They work within a leadership team to support the physical and emotional safety of participants and co-leaders; instruct experience-based lessons in their area of focus; facilitate conversations before, during, and after programs between participants and co-leaders; give and receive feedback regularly, including to and from supervisors, peers, and participants.
