Job Description

The Accounting technician is part of the Belk College of Business Finance & Personnel Team and provides direct support to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Personnel. This position, along with the other team members, is responsible for processing all financial transactions originating in the Belk College of Business, an organization with six academic departments, the Center for Real Estate, and more than 150 permanent faculty and staff positions.

The Accounting Technician completes Payment Book Receipts, as needed, to ensure that the College is in compliance with the Daily Deposit Act (eCommerce). In addition, this position supports the Assistant Director in the management of the College's General and Trust funds. UNC Charlotte
