What You'll Do
As a Finance Budget Analyst, you will serve as a trusted financial partner to operational leaders and finance leadership by delivering actionable insights, supporting strategic planning initiatives, and helping guide sound financial decision-making across the organization.
In this role, you will:
- Support and lead budget development, forecasting activities, and financial planning processes for assigned business segments and service lines.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, trends, and financial performance to identify opportunities and areas of risk.
- Prepare, maintain, and interpret financial and operational reports that support organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
- Develop and publish key financial and non-financial performance metrics.
- Lead discussions during financial reviews, service line reviews, and program performance meetings.
- Partner with operations teams to evaluate financial results and support business initiatives.
- Assist with monthly financial close activities, reporting, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and validate statistical and financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Identify process improvements that enhance reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and overall financial performance.
- Participate in budget and forecast cycles while providing financial leadership and planning support.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Accounting and Finance experience.
- Strong analytical, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare accounting and finance experience preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or service-based organizations is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting experience highly desired.
