To make Krispy Kreme’s in-shop experience even sweeter, many shops across the globe feature the brands one-of-a-kind doughnut theater, an immersive, interactive experience through which guests can see Krispy Kreme’s melt-in-your-mouth doughnuts being made right before their eyes.

It’s the sweetest time of year again here at Krispy Kreme! Our 10-week internship is designed for rising juniors, seniors, and grad students looking to make full use of their talents with a hands-on work experience. Throughout your time during our internship program, you will tackle meaningful projects that leave a lasting impact; you will receive support and guidance from your manager along with interaction with members of our Global Leadership Team. Your internship will continue to develop your business acumen and professional skills.

Krispy Kreme’s People, Culture, and Talent Intern will partner closely with our HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams to assist in making Krispy Kreme a SWEET place to work! This internship offers an opportunity to participate in many HR-related projects from systems/process development, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance. We are searching for a motivated team player that is driven by creating an awesome experience for all of our Krispy Kremers!

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Responsible for helping to create and advocate for an open, innovative culture by assisting in coordinating projects and program execution.
• Assist in facilitating our onboarding program and new hire orientation; partner with business units to build a foundational business knowledge for new employees.
• Promote employee recognition through company-wide standups and our innovative peer-to-peer recognition platform.
• Assist Krispy Kreme employees and leaders on effectively navigating employee issues or common activities, such as hiring, performance management, offboarding, etc.
• Contribute to employee communication strategies, key messaging, stakeholder identification and work with team members throughout Arity to help ensure effective information flow is taking place.
• Participate in the design and execution of Krispy Kreme’s talent management processes/phases (e.g., recruitment, performance management, succession management, career development, etc.)
• Work with Corporate Recruiter and Corporate Recruiting Manager to review candidates, learn sourcing techniques, schedule screens, conduct initial candidate screens, and coordinate interviews following the Krispy Kreme interview process.
• Prepare job offers and learn the background check/I9 process.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Post and update job postings as needed through ATS / LinkedIn. Learn different functionalities and improvements within the ATS system.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Currently pursuing a degree in related field: Human Resources, Business, etc. (Rising junior or senior preferred).
• Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas.
• Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability to multi-task.
• Able to handle sensitive topics and confidential information with care.
• Strong communication skills (written & oral) with high attention to detail.
• Ability to engage and work with cross-functional partners across the organization.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and capabilities strongly preferred.
