What You’ll Do:

As a Residential Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. You’ll ensure that services are person-centered, goal-oriented, and aligned with each individual’s unique needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the residential site
• Support and coach staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care
• Ensure timely and creative implementation of person-centered plans
• Conduct on-site observations and provide role modeling and training
• Promote a positive, respectful, and empowering environment for residents and staff

What You’ll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 3+ years of experience working with individuals with I/DD, mental health diagnoses, or substance use disorders
• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
