Job Description
Other responsibilities include facilitating faculty training, monitoring expenditures, managing contracts and grants, and ensuring alignment with institutional standards and accreditation requirements. The Program Director collaborates with industry experts to assess educational needs, design curricula, identify subject matter experts, and explore alignment opportunities for professional and academic credit programs, including micro-credentialing and credit for prior learning. The Program Director drives innovation by researching market trends, advancing online learning tools, and promoting high-quality program outcomes.
The Program Director acts as a liaison between the Digital & Professional Learning unit and other academic and administrative partners to support enrollment growth, program planning, data reporting, and competitive analysis for assigned programs. The role works closely with internal teams to support student success initiatives, coordinate program-related communications and orientations, and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs through collaboration with teaching, technology, advising, and student support units.
