Field Operations Internship

We desire smart, hard-working internship candidates who are looking to grow a career in the renewable
energy industry. We offer a fun, high energy, multi-departmental approach to the internship
experience. You will be surrounded by passionate solar professionals in a fast-paced work environment.

Goals & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Work within the Field Operations Department to successfully move projects from contracts to
completion in an efficient manner;
• Exposure to the solar site assessment process;
• Information gathering from HOA’s, AHJ’s, and utilities;
• Execution of interconnection forms, HOA submissions, rebate forms, and permitting;
• Exposure to design, layout, and project plansets;
• Exposure to Warehousing processes/procedures, including inventory, material procurement,
and job-packing;
• Exposure to the solar PV installation process (rooftop/electrical/ESS);
• Exposure to Renu service department, service request tracking and documentation, and system
performance reviews;
• Project tracking and documentation management;
• Ensuring a safe work environment, and strict adherence to OSHA rules/regulations and Renu
safety protocol;
• Assisting other Renu business functions, as assigned.

• Ability to work outside in the elements
• Capable of carrying up to 50lbs.
• Deadline motivated with high quality standards
• Attention to detail
