Pickups Associate

About the Role

Our Pickups Team helps make sure customers have a smooth and efficient pickup experience. Associates use a Zebra scanning device to locate, scan, and gather purchased items throughout the warehouse, organize orders onto carts, and bring completed orders out to customers.

This is a highly active, productivity-based role. Associates typically walk 15,000–25,000 steps per day and are expected to maintain an established pickup efficiency. You’ll receive hands-on training, feedback, and support to help you meet expectations.

Job Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older
• Safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Walk approximately 15,000–25,000 steps per day
• Wear mandatory toe covers each day
• Maintain an established pickup efficiency
• Follow company safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members, leads, and managers

Work Environment

• This position works in an active warehouse environment
• Warehouse temperatures can vary depending on the season and area of the building
• Noise levels can be loud at times due to equipment and daily warehouse operations
