Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Business Operations & Real Estate Intern to support the day-to-day operations of multiple growing businesses, including a real estate brokerage, property management company, home maintenance company, and real estate development projects.
This is a paid, in-office internship based in Davidson, NC, ideal for a college student interested in real estate, business operations, finance, or entrepreneurship. The intern will work closely with ownership and gain hands-on exposure to real-world business management across several related industries.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with organizing and managing business and property insurance policies, renewals, and documentation

Help prepare and organize financial and project information for banks and lenders related to real estate development and financing

Support technology and software systems used to operate the businesses (CRM, accounting tools, document management, etc.)

Perform light bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and record organization

Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems across multiple companies and projects

Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications

Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a concentration in business, finance, real estate, accounting, or related field

Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

Comfortable working with technology and learning new software systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally

Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks across different businesses
Schedule & Location
