Content Creation Intern

We are currently hiring a Part-Time Content Creation Intern to support our marketing efforts through hands-on content development across digital and print channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and looking to gain real-world experience while contributing directly to business growth initiatives.

About the Role

This position focuses on capturing and creating engaging content that supports marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and customer communication. You'll work both in the office and in the field, helping showcase real projects, team culture, and day-to-day operations.

You'll need to be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable balancing creative work with administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

Part-time: 20-30 hours per week
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Initial 8-10 week period, with opportunity for continued employment based on performance
Overtime must be approved by the General Manager

Pay Range

$15 - $17 per hour, depending on experience

What You'll Do

Capture day-to-day content (photos/videos) in the office and in the field for promotional and branding use
Create flyers, one-pagers, and other branded materials
Assist in developing and refining marketing and customer communication content
Collaborate with internal teams to support timely and relevant marketing efforts
Provide backup support for inbound and outbound customer calls as needed
Assist with customer outreach tied to promotions and campaigns
Maintain consistency and professionalism across all marketing materials
Support administrative and coordination tasks for the marketing function

Required Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in both office and field environments
Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle for content capture
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Previous marketing, social media, or content creation experience
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
Customer service or phone experience
