Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to all clients equally.
• Assist the Studio Management in daily studio tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Provide support to the West Kept Secret instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process.
• Checking in all class takers and ensuring liability waiver sign off.
• Greet all first-time class takers, answer any questions and familiarize them with the studio and any other
processes/procedures necessary.
• Assist with the training and coaching of new hires for the front desk staff team.
• Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail and class operations; should be knowledgeable or a quick learner when it
comes to Momence
• Helping West Kept Secret trainer with setup (early morning classes) and breakdown (later evening classes) if needed.
• Maintain the distinct West Kept Secret aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture.
• Wear the designated front desk staff uniform for every shift as designated by the Studio Management team.
• Work as a cohesive team with all West Kept Secret staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.

Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with a wide range of personalities.

• Must have outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must have a friendly and professional interfacing, phone and email etiquette.
• Must have superior organizational skills.
• Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.

• MUST HAVE WEEKEND, HOLIDAY AND SOME EARLY MORNING/MIDDAY/LATE EVENING WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY.


Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to kneel, bend, reach, climb and stand for long durations of time.
• Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 20lbs.

Compensation and Benefits:
• Hourly wage: $14/hour paid on a monthly basis.
   o There is a minimum requirement of working (2) two days weekly.
• Allowance to take WKS classes for free during scheduled hours only if room on class roster.
   o Only 1 front desk staff member is allowed in class for free at a time.
   o If it is not the last class of your shift, must be able to freshen up prior to the next class arriving.
