Special Projects Coordinator
The Special Projects Coordinator is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives, business improvement projects, and operational efficiencies across the organization. This role works closely with leadership and various departments to help identify opportunities, analyze data, improve processes, and coordinate projects that support the company's growth and success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects across multiple departments.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions and project initiatives.
- Create reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business documents for leadership review.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.
- Support the implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational initiatives.
- Coordinate communication and follow-up between departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Research industry trends, business practices, and operational opportunities.
- Document processes, project updates, and key findings.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking deliverables and outcomes.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to leadership on various strategic initiatives.
- Perform additional duties and special assignments as needed.
- QualificationsRequired Skills

- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Internship, work experience, or coursework involving data analysis, project coordination, business operations, or process improvement.
